Belfield Enterprises provided the scaffold for us on our $8 million roof replacement project at the MTA's Bush Street complex. We needed access to 18 roof monitors and 3 eaves, as well as material landings and trash chutes. The project was phased and required certain sections to be staged simultaneously to maintain the schedule. Due to concealed differing conditions, the sequence of work changed and the schedule accelerated. Belfield worked closely with our superintendent and performed flawlessly, adapting to the changes and staying ahead of the work. Much of their staging had to be performed in areas where the owner still operated buses on a daily basis and there were no disruptions to the owner's operations. Belfield provided the professional service that we and the project required. We look forward to working with them on future projects.
